Please follow these important instructions for your stay:

Check-in and Check-out

• Location: Google Maps link
• Check-in: After 15:00
• Check-out: By 11:00

Documentation

• Greek residents: Provide your ID/Tax ID (TIN) at check-in.
• Non-residents: Provide a photo of your passport/national ID number.

Building Access

• Entrances: Front and back.
• Use the provided code (including the # symbol). Enter the code, pull the doorknob towards you, and gently push to open.

Security

• 4 outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety.

• Ground Floor:
  • Network: Villa Dianne 1
  • Password: limera1n
• First Floor:
  • Network: Villa Dianne 2
  • Password: limera2n

Amenities

• Hot Water:
  
  • On the electrical panel where the hot water label is located, simply press the round button (GEYER) to turn on the water heater 30 minutes before use. It will automatically turn off. Please repeat process every time before bath.
  • The property is equipped with a reliable boiler installation, ensuring hot water is always available during the winter months.
• Electricity: Turn off all lights when leaving.
• Outdoor Grill: Use of the grill is prohibited from 1 May to 31 October due to fire season regulations.
• Safety Equipment: Hose tap and fire extinguisher are available.
• Fireplace:
  • Place firewood at the back of the fireplace to reduce smoke.
  • Firewood is in the chest near the back entrance.
  • Never leave the fireplace unattended.
  • Always use the fireplace screen.
  • Complimentary firewood is provided for one day.

House Rules

• Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles using house outlets is prohibited.
• Pets: Pets are welcome, but must be supervised.
• Smoking: Allowed only outdoors.
• Noise and Parties: No loud music or parties.
• Towels: Use the towels provided for each bed.
• Toilets: Do not throw objects or paper in the toilets.
• Doors: Keep the front door closed to protect the space.
• Wall Bed: Follow instructions carefully when folding the bed on the first floor.

Reporting Issues

• Let us know if you experience any issues or malfunctions during your stay.

Departure

• Please leave the villa clean and tidy before departure.
